We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchases. All sales are FINAL. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Ensure your shipping address is secure and monitor tracking information for delivery updates. If an order is returned to us to shipping issues, additional shipping charges may apply for re-sending the package. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@volttees.com. The customers have 2 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 2 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
